The Internal Talent Awards (ITAs) celebrate excellence in Internal Talent across individuals, teams and organisations. Here are the finalists.
The finalists for the inaugural Internal Talent Awards have been announced. With over 60 nominations from large corporates and medium enterprises, the entire Talent Acquisition Industry was extremely well represented in the first-ever awards event dedicated to the Internal Talent function in Australia.
“I’m blown away by the quality and number of nominations for the first-ever ITA’s and can’t wait to see how the industry celebrates best in breed,” said Lauren Sharp (Co-Founder ITA’s).
“Words can’t express how much I love we finally have TA awards specifically for internal teams,” said Claire Planinsek – Head of Talent Acquisition – Australia Post (Finalist Talent Leader of the Year). “For many years there have rightly been platforms for agency and RPO teams. Now there’s an opportunity for recognition across the spectrum of our recruitment industry, as we all have a vital role to play.”
Congratulations to all the finalists for the Internal Talent Awards.
