Speaking to organisational leaders, their primary problem is nearly always recruitment, and their second biggest problem is often marketing. How ironic, then, that recruitment is all about marketing.
With twenty years’ experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding, and a love for people, writing, and storytelling, Recruitment Marketing Magazine is a natural product of her experience. She uses this platform to craft an authentic message, focusing on the joys and challenges of attracting the best talent. Reducing time to hire, seeing, engaging, and retaining the best people, improving organisational culture, and elevating organisation productivity and success are all passion areas for Susanne.
